Wolfgang is a frequent CIA background character who is given a name in "The Hand that Rocks the Rogu". He is a member of the exotic foods club, but when Stan tries to join them, he brings Entenmann's pastries, which fails to impress the group.
Meanwhile, when Rogu grows to giant size before being pacified by Steve, the club is dispatched to the scene and takes custody of him. When Stave and Francine track them down, they find that the club has eaten Rogu. However, Steve is able to get Roku to reunite is parts from the members, causing them to collapse as he works his way out of their stomachs.
