The Vista View apartments is where Stan's former friend Tommy Schuler lives in "Into the Woods".
When Stan and Roger stop at Subs Galore for sandwiches, he spies Tommy, an old middle school classmate working there that he abandoned when they were picked on by bullies. Unsure if he's actually a loser or just living modestly like Warren Buffett, they follow Tommy around while he shops and then goes home, secretly hiding in Tommy's closet. But after deciding that he actually is a loser, Stan decides to apologize but Tommy doesn't even remember who he is.
Determined to jog his memory, Stan takes Francine along with him to Tommy's apartment wearing shorts and a tank top from when they were in school, but rips the shorts when sitting down. while they're stand not only directs Francine to fix a frozen dinner from Tommy's freezer, but then ask for a specific towel and directs her to it. As Tommy wonders if they've been there before, Stan pulls out a scrapbook that finally reminds Tommy of their past.
