Troy Edward Baker (born April 1, 1976) is an American voice actor and musician, notable for the role of the Batman in multiple titles, Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins and both in Batman vs. TMNT. He also voiced in notable video games like The Last of Us, BioShock Infinite, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
Baker provides the voice of Ernie in "The Long March".
