Trish & Penny are two female dogs in Heaven that greet Kisses after he is put out of his misery by Stan in "Stan's Best Friend". As Kisses is being shown around by Stan's old dog Freddy, Penny yells that Trish thinks the new guy is cute which embarrasses Trish.
Penny is voiced by Andrea Martin and Trish is voiced by Amy Sedaris.
