Tracy is a manager for the Stretcharoo Leggings Corporation in "Stretched Thin".
When Jeff demands to be let out of the car after a fight with the family over his poor decision making, he finds himself in a bad neighborhood where he is almost hustled, but partially stands up to the guy. This impresses Tracy who who puts him to work selling their leggings.
