Thomas James "Tom" Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor, voice actor and comedian, noted for his long-running-role as SpongeBob SquarePants and other characters on the show of the same name, the voice of the Ice King in Adventure Time and the narrator of Cartoon Network's The Powerpuff Girls.
Kenny provides assorted voices for American Dad!, including Jo-jo the Rapture warthog and the slow janitor in "Rapture's Delight" and the rumor guy in "Anchorfran".
