Tiffany is the blonde house guest in a commercial for Gold Top Nuts in the episode of the same name. When the Smith family loses their memories on a deserted island, their only connection to civilization is a commercial left in a combination TV/VCR. Watching the commercial repeatedly, the Smiths pick up that Tiffany's boyfriend is not welcome at the gathering, and refer to him when trying to express negativity.
