Thomas is an alien scientist whose spaceship recovers a ball of Chinese ice cream left over from when the Earth was destroyed in a nuclear exchange in "Brave N00b World".
After sampling it, he, as well as his commander, find it delicious, but they are unable to create any more with the destruction of Earth. However, they are able to replicate Earth before the event, so they may be able to obtain it.
