Susan is the African-American party girl, along with her friend, that Stan invites into his hot tub in "Hot Water". When Stan's refusal to abandon the hot tub drives Francine away, Stan parties with the girls intending to have sex, but has second thoughts after he realizes just how much he misses Francine. As he leaves to find her, he invites the girls to stay and have lesbian sex, to which they shrug their shoulders and smile to each other.
