Chesley Burnett "Sully" Sullenberger III (born January 23, 1951) is an American airline transport pilot (ATP), safety expert, and accident investigator from Danville, California. Sullenberger rose to fame when he successfully ditched US Airways Flight 1549 in the Hudson River off Manhattan, New York City, on January 15, 2009, saving the lives of all 155 people on the aircraft.
In "The Unbrave One" Stan Smith invites Sully and Lauren to a heroes brunch with Roger whom he believes is also a hero after taking credit from Steve. Lauren complains that he was only saving his own neck but Sully brushes it off, complimenting the sorbet.
Sully is voiced by Scott Grimes.
When Roger ends up fattening his own liver to make foie gras in "Game Night", he draws the attention of Sully and Frog Ross, a gourmet, who are both after his geese. Frog Ross kills Sully while he explains that his parents died in a car accident on their way to see the film Geese and that he flew his plane into them on purpose.
