Shania is the owner of Tender Hellos, a greeting card store at the Langston Fashion Plaza in "You Are Here".
When the mall faces demolition, Roger and Steve try to save it by holding out for the owner, Mr. Javitz, unaware that he has died and became a warlock, while his mall feeds on the souls of the living. By running terrible stores, the remaining staff tried to keep people away from becoming victims of the mall. With Lafrantz, they have a plan to destroy the fountain, which is the source of Mr. Javitz' power by using the explosives intended to destroy the mall to target the fountain itself. However, they turn into mannequins themselves before they can implement their plan. Roger manages to destroy Mr. Javitz when he tries to replace him with Steve.
