Sarah is one of the at-risk children in Mr. Deliver's class in "Stan-Dan Deliver".
When Steve is demoted to the class as punishment by Principal Lewis for charity candy that was eaten by Roger, he accuses Roger of being selfish. Roger appears in the class in the persona of Mr. Deliver to teach the kids who have only learned that all of their previous teachers have given up on them. When Steve refuses to buy into Roger's attempt at being positive, he frames him and gets him kicked out of the school despite actually reaching the students. Another student, Ricky, takes the news hard, but no sooner than he storms out of the class, than he is killed in a gang fight.
At Ricky's funeral, his classmates speak up for Mr. Deliver, even noting that he rubbed Sarah's shoulders a lot, and stressing it twice. After being reinstated as a teacher when Steve confesses, he promptly starts to rub Sarah's shoulders again, noting that she is very tense.
She is seen in the crowd at 90s Fest in "The Witches of Langley", at the Shark's Nest in "The Long Bomb", kissing another girl at Groff Community College in "Shell Game", in multiple places in the arena during the Harlem Globetrotters game in "Klaustastrophe.TV", at the rap battle in "The Never-Ending Stories" and at the Washington Nationals games in "One-Woman Swole" and "Fantasy Baseball".
Sarah also appears in "Demolition Daddy" in the driver's ed class, takes the 'RB killer' bus tour in "Exquisite Corpses" and is that the music festival in "Shakedown Steve".
