Samantha & Megan are two orphan girls Roger assigns to Steve to win him over in "Tears of a Clooney". Steve dresses them in skimpy costumes at Thanksgiving and Christmas and in the Princess Leia slave outfits. They turn on him when they are rescued by children's services, strangling him with their chains in a Return of the Jedi-like fashion.
They appear in the lunch line at Pearl Bailey High School when Stan spies on Steve in "Bully for Steve". They also appear together at the wresting team announcement and in other scenes in "The Wrestler". They both appear at various times in "Garfield and Friends".
Samantha appears at Johnson's in Stan's flashback in "Stan's Food Restaurant". She also appears at Fudge! in "Wheels & the Legman and the Case of Grandpa's Key" and runs the marathon in "The Adventures of Twill Ongenbone And His Boy Jabari".
During Stan's singing of "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" in "Crotchwalkers", Samantha is apprehended at The Gash for shoplifting and is sent to The Gash Sweatshop.
Megan is in attendance during Roger's guitar contest in "Permanent Record Wrecker", at the Langley Falls Shopping Mall in "The Devil Wears a Lapel Pin" and attends Dasha's birthday party in "Standard Deviation".
