Ross is a boy in one of Steve's classes at Pearl Bailey High School.
In "I Am the Jeans: The Gina Lavetti Story", Stan wishes he had thicker eyebrows like Steve, while the latter wishes he had thin eyebrows like his dad. When their wishes come true and they discover they have each other's eyebrows, they decide the only logical thing for them to do is to replace each other for the day. In one of Steve's classes, Stan finds that the person with the bushiest eyebrows presents their project first, which places him second behind Ross.
