Plot:
When Hayley and Jeff lament over not being able to get pregnant at breakfast, Roger informs the family yet again that Jeff is an alien with only his original brain and they will be unable to conceive until another alien gives birth to a fully-human Jeff. After suggesting that he is capable of such a feat, he coyly refuses until he eventually gives into their pleas. After extracting Jeff's brain to begin the process, Roger proceeds through the pregnancy of a fully-formed Jeff.
However, his demands on Hayley's attention begin to wear on her, and when the family tries to treat the soon-to-be-born Jeff for the man he is, he decides to cut her off from the impending birth. Going as far as renaming his expectant child "Tristen," he tries to escape to a motel but is tracked down by Francine and Hayley as Francine tells him that she went there in the same way when she was faced with the decision to keep Hayley or not. Just after they reconcile, Roger goes into labor. Rushing him into back-alley practitioner Dr. Kalgary's "office," he gives birth to a fully formed, but minuscule Jeff. Needing water to "expand" him, Roger pops him into his mouth and spits out the now fully-sized human Jeff. Later in bed, Hayley admits that perhaps she isn't yet ready emotionally to have a child, and Jeff agrees, having just recently having been "born" himself.
Meanwhile, Snot is surprised by Trish and Suze of Morning Mimosa with a three-day "celebration" due to being poor, having been recommended by Steve. He is given a makeover the first day, but is forced to kiss Steve's shoes in exchange for the "honor." The second day is to be a day at a water park, but when he selects his mother over Steve, the latter feels disappointed at being left out. He finds that Snot resents being treated as poor, so the two conspire to hide on the third day. Their efforts send Trish and Suze into a frenzy at having their event ruined, as they chase the pair for the day. Hiding out in a sewer pipe at the end of the day, Steve and Snot reconcile at not being middle-class and poor, but just two friends. As they hug, they comment on the smell coming from the dead body at the back of the pipe, who turns out to be a hideous but alive woman who takes umbrage at their comments.
