Rick is the manager of the Little Dish Restaurant that the Smiths break into when Stan injects them with his DNA, in order to make them more like him in "Dancin' A-With My Cell". When Rick asks them to keep down the noise of their celebration, he points out that they don't even open until 5. When Hayley points out that they were still served beer, Rick counters that it was because of their threatening Daniel with a steak knife. Taking offense at being ratted out, Francine smashes a pitcher and starts to go after Daniel. After trying to calm down the family but gets insulted by Hayley, Stan starts to get an idea that things might have gone too far.
Daniel also appears in "Viced Principal" when the Smith family brings a baby giraffe to Pricey's Steakhouse.
