The Richmond Community Center is where the Guinness Book of Worlds Records is holding qualifiers for the new edition of the World Record book in "A Little Mystery".
After watching a new story about a man who grew the world's longest fingernails, Steve suggests that Francine could possibly beat that record as her nails are already pretty long as well. She downs prenatal vitamins to give her a boost, but when Steve reveals that she's about to miss the deadline for the current year's world's record book, she becomes determined to make it. With Dr. Kalgary's help, she starts pumping the vitamins directly into her bloodstream with a dialysis machine. At the the world record qualifier, she tries to tickle a female weightlifter, but it backfires when it she drops the weights on Francine's fingernails, shattering them. However, one of the judges notices that she has a horn growing from her head from the vitamins, earning her the title of 'World's Horniest Woman'.
