Radika was Stan and Francine's roommate at the time they first got together.
On a trip to the past to settle an argument in "Stan & Francine & Stan & Francine & Radika", the pair tried to keep themselves hidden from their previous selves but Radika trips over them. Exposed and still in disagreement, Francine goes out for pizza with past Stan, leaving the other pair alone in the house. But when she catches them flirting too closely, she abandons Stan in the past where he is quickly ditched by young Francine as well. After more than a year together, Stan marries Radika, but that too ends up in a breakup. Despite having an Indian wedding to Stan, Radika insists she's from Ohio.
