Pepper is Barry's horse at the Langley Falls Horse Camp in "Steve, Snot, and the Quest for the Og 4Loko".
When Barry finds out that Steve needs him after he and Snot get into trouble, he and Toshi take their horses and come to their rescue, but are chased by the camp owners for taking the animals.
