Oswaldo is a potential replacement muse for Roger's artwork after firing Klaus in "Mused and Abused".
When Roger reveals that he is inspired by Klaus' pain, the two have a falling-out and Klaus moves on with his life away from Roger. Six months later and heading toward rock bottom, Roger interviews Oswaldo by having him strip naked at The Coffee Bean, sniffing and pocketing his underwear in the process.
He is later seen at Groff Community College in "The Sinister Fate!!" as one of the 'hot' students that Eunice admires.
