Opal Louise is the name Roger gives an Asian infant when he tries to use his persona of Christopher to gain entry into Greg and Terry's house in order to steal a bottle of Rain Duck wine in "Toy Whorey".
Posing as a gay father, he asks to use Terry's house phone but after gaining entry into the kitchen, he explains he doesn't want Opal to see him use a normal telephone and gets Terry to take the baby out of the kitchen. Just as he picks up the wine, Terry returns noting that his cover story is known to be a fabrication. Roger runs after being discovered and insists that Terry keep the baby.
