Officer Caruso is an African-American police officer who works often with Officer Black.
When Dr. Adrian Revànche steals Stan's face in "Saving Face" as part of an elaborate revenge scheme, he has the police stake out the house in case he should show up, which he does. Stan tries to prove his identity, but the doctor has removed all traces of his existence. But when the doctor confesses to Stan exactly why he is doing his revenge, he forgets about a parking lot camera that has recorded everything he said. He tries to have the police arrest them before he can recover the tape, but he outruns them and takes the tape to Al Tuttle to prove his identity. With the police watching the house for the real Stan, he sends Tuttle with the video to show the family, but when he gets cold feet, they draw the attention of the cops who ignore them.
He also appeared as an unnamed police officer in "Salute Your Sllort".
He works with Officer Black when Colby is murdered in "A Little Mystery".
