Noel is the foreman of the Octuple J Dude Ranch that the Smiths visit in "Klaus and Rogu in "Thank God for Loose Rocks": An American Dad! Adventure".
As Klaus looks forward to their annual visit to the ranch, including being referred to as 'Buckaroo' by Noel, he finds that Rogu has been invited along as well. Rogu not only copies his outfit, but steals all of the attention including being referred to as Buckaroo, although Noel admits that's the name his calls everyone.
When Klaus gets annoyed that Rogu is getting all of the attention, he frees the ranch mascot, Tequila Joe, and tries to frame Rogu for it. As a result, they are both sent into the woods to search for him. Later, during the ranch talent show, Noel admit some concern as there have been mountain lions loose in the woods.
Despite saving him from drowning as well as from a mountain lion attack, Klaus uses the opportunity when Rogu falls down a mineshaft to betray him, and reports him drowned back at the ranch. However, after admitting the truth to Roger, the latter points out that their species has the ability to separate and regrow limbs at will, and reports that Rogu is probably already free and on his way for revenge. Indeed, Rogu arrives and starts shooting anyone in the open in the crotch.
