Mr. Matt Skinko is the CEO of Benjuvanex, a pharmaceutical company that Hayley and Francine work for selling arthritis medicine based on armadillo extract in "A Little Extra Scratch".
Francine discovers that the extract attracts predators, which attack the users of the product, but she tries to keep it a secret from Hayley while Mr. Skinko goes to lengths to keep it secret. The letter becomes very angry when she discovers this, but when she realizes that Francine was only doing it to spend more time with her and was donating the money to charity, they decide to expose the company. They are caught by Mr. Skinko who threatens the pair, until they douse him with a large dose of the extract and he is attacked by predators.
