Mr. Simms and Mr. Hobart are two of the directors of the National Gun Association (NGA).
In "Stannie Get Your Gun", they kick Stan out of the Association when Hayley stages a gun protest at NGA Land, a theme park owned by the NGA but when Hayley reluctantly sings songs praising guns to make her father happy after accidentally paralyzing him, he is reinstated until he turns on them.
