Mr. Makahama is a boss for the Japanese mafia in "Steve, Snot, and the Quest for the Og 4Loko".
When he develops a sore tooth after eating sweets, he sends of Roger's persona of dentist 'Dr. Kenji', which Steve has borrowed in an attempt to buy 4Loko beer. His gang member find the boys just as they succeed in getting a keg and take them to Mr. Makahama, witnessing him kill another man. Convinced to attempt the surgery as they have been overly successful with their personas, Steve instead accidently rips Mr. Makahama's tongue. Trying to flee with the keg, the gangsters end up shooting the latter and sends them rocketing though the sky.
