Mr. Javitz was the owner of the Langston Fashion Plaza in "You Are Here".
When the mall faces demolition, Roger and Steve try to save it by holding out for Mr. Javitz, unaware that he has died and became a warlock, while his mall feeds on the souls of the living to sustain his own existence. By running terrible stores, the remaining staff tried to keep people away from becoming victims of the mall. The store operators have a plan to destroy the fountain, which is the source of Mr. Javitz' power by using the explosives intended to destroy the mall to target the fountain itself. Steve almost falls victim to Mr. Javitz' power, but they succeed in destroying the fountain and and Mr. Javitz.
