Mr. Doodles is a ventriloquist's doll owned by Dennis.
When Roger, posing as another doll goes on a psychotic rampage and kills several celebrities in "The Talented Mr. Dingleberry", including the entire cast of Hollywood Squares in order to become the center square, Dennis is blamed for the murders. He uses his case when he is defended by Mr. Doodles and is sent to the Danvers Asylum for the Criminally Insane.
