Mitch is a philosophical pizza delivery man and Jesus allegory who appears in "It's Good to Be the Queen". Steve demands to know why he isn't reacting to him and Roger pelting him with water balloons fired from Stan's mortar, and Mitch says that he is only pranking to transfer the pain that was inflicted on him by a school bully; Steve admits that's true. Unfortunately, Roger accidentally destroys Mitch's car with a real rocket fired from the mortar, so they borrow Hayley's keys to the other car as she, Klaus and Jeff are high on marijuana brownies. Mitch first enlightens Steve, but when he starts convincing Roger of his philosophy, Steve feels betrayed and destroys his pizzas, costing him his job. Mitch isn't shaken by Steve costing him his job. When Steve realizes his mistake, that he was the one to fail Mitch and not the other way around, Mitch forgives him for 'getting him canned for his sins'. As Roger begs him to stay to teach him more, Mitch walks off into the night, never to be seen again. Steve says that he'll be back in 3 days to pick up his car for street-cleaning.
Mitch is voiced by Jeremy Sisto.
