Mia is the bartender/waitress at the O'Day's Inn Restaurant and Bar. When Roger drunkenly kisses Francine and Stan shows up in "Merlot Down Dirty Shame", he tries to hide his breach of trust by trying to get Stan to kiss Mia, which despite Mia's best efforts, fails.
Mia is voiced by Angela Kinsey.
