During a dinner out, Stan struggles to keep costs down and the family reluctantly agrees which includes stiffing their waitress Gina on the tip. Roger perks things up by telling that his persona of “Max Jets” is getting out of prison after six years. Roger is shown sneaking into the prison to assume his identity just in time to be released. Klaus is annoyed, but the family notes they actually like this persona as he showers them with gifts and money. While dining out again, Max showers Gina with money and tells the family that he is donating his wealth to them. As they plan a getaway trip for Spain the next morning, Max shows up with Gina and asks for his money back, noting that she said he has been spending too much. After they tell their story of meeting, the family figures that she is really a gold digger out to deny them their inheritance. While most of the family tries to butter Max up, Stan tells it like it is. Max refuses to believe this and reveals that he built her a sound studio in the basement. At the Langley Beach Club, Max tries to show them Gina's good side but he refuses to see that she is repulsed by him until she romps topless with other guys on the beach. Max goes out to confront her and she talks him into rushing into a marriage. The family plots to kill Max before he can get married, even if it means killing Roger.

As Max prepares for the wedding, the family moans about the money being spent that could be theirs. As Stan plots to kill Max for an extra cut, the family bickers over the fee and each demand a bigger cut for themselves to kill him. They each go their separate ways and try to outdo each other, tripping each other up in the process. They recover in time for the wedding but arrive too late to stop it. As the family drowns their sorrows, they admit defeat but Gina reveals that she has a prenuptial agreement denying her his money. As Max dives into his piece of wedding cake, he drops over dead and the family celebrates. After the funeral, they find that Max left all of his money to his “son” Jerry Jets in the reading of the will, another one of Roger's personas whom Gina was cheating with. They reveal that Gina poisoned the cake after having Max make amends with his son and they inherited everything. At another dinner, Roger returns and reveals that Gina managed to kill Jerry Jets, although the episode ends before he can explain how he died twice and is yet still alive.
