Martino is the owner of Buckaroo's Pizza, Francine's favorite pizza place circa 2001.
When she and Stan travel to the past to settle an argument in "Stan & Francine & Stan & Francine & Radika", Stan's refusal to admit she was right irritates her to the point where she decides to go out for her favorite pizza one more time, warning her past self to enjoy it as it is about to go out of business. When her past self asks about Martino, she admits she doesn't know what happened after that, but he does serve her and a young Stan when they dine there.
