Margaret Watkins is the widow of firefighter Henry Watkins who was believed to have lost his life saving Francine as a toddler in "National Treasure 4: Baby Franny: She's Doing Well: The Hole Story".
When Francine is tricked into appearing on Greg and Terry's show Morning Glory, she has to face Margaret and Henry's son Henry Watkins, Jr. and tell how she has spent her life after being rescued. Unable to produce anything meaningful, Francine has a nervous breakdown on stage.
At a big media event honoring her, she struggles to come up with an idea and escapes into the same well she fell into as a toddler where she finds Henry is still alive. As Francine rejoices that Henry is alive, she climbs out and tells everyone that Henry is still alive and pulls him out. To everyone's horror, Henry reacts to his former wife by biting her nose off and spiting it in his son's face.
