Lou is the manager at a cheesesteak restaurant in Philadelphia that Snot stops by when he's desperately trying to search for Principal Lewis' friend Marty in "Smooshed: A Love Story".
When Snot is left alone with no partner on his search, he has a breakdown at the cheesesteak restaurant. Anne-Marie, the counter girl, takes pity on him and tells Lou she's taking the rest of the day off to help him. When Lou complains, Anne-Marie beats him up.
