The Langley Falls Retirement Villas was home to "Grandpa Smith", an old man Stan picked up to impersonate his father for his wedding as seen in a flashback in "Con Heir". When "Grandpa" dies, Stan's real father shows up at the burial. While retrieving belongings at the Langley Falls Retirement Villas, Steve bumps into Grandpa's steady Gretchen and the two have a fling until Steve's friend Snot starts to date her as well.
