Lai & Wynn, Attorneys at Law is where the Smith family goes for the reading of the will when Roger's rich persona of Max Jets drops dead at his wedding to a gold-digger named Gina in "Max Jets".
After failing to kill Max on their own to stop the wedding, they admit defeat but Gina revels that she has a prenuptial agreement denying her his money. As Max dives into his piece of the wedding cake, Max drops over dead and the family celebrates. During the reading of the will, the Smith's find that Max left all of his money to his “son” Jerry Jets, another one of Roger's personas whom Gina was cheating with and they fail to get the money anyways. Jerry and Gina reveal that Gina poisoned the cake after making Max make amends with his son and they inherited everything.
