Kevin Costner's House is where Avery Bullock leads Stan in a search for clues to the whereabouts of Dan Costner, Kevin Costner's missing scientist brother who helped create a device that could turn ordinary fluids into fuel and destroy the oil industry in "The Full Cognitive Redaction of Avery Bullock by the Coward Stan Smith".
At the house, they find a letter from Dan to his brother announcing a gift in his name to the SPCA, leading Bullock and Stan to the animal shelter.
Francine later talks to Stan and leads him to suspect that Bullock has gone crazy when it is Kevin who is missing instead of his brother who isn't really a scientist.
The house is surrounded by references to his films including Dances With Wolves, Field of Dreams, Waterworld, Tin Cup and The Untouchables.
