Justin is a truck driver for Chimdale Petroleum that Steve 'snags' a ride with an effort to reach the Chimdale Resort and Spa in an effort to expose Stan's baldness to the family in "Chimdale".
With Steve's back brace caught on the truck's rear ladder, Stan tries to pursue by hijacking a handicap woman's car, but misses their turn off. However, Steve's victory is short lived when the truck driver pulls over for barbecue and starts an argument with Steve over who has the best barbecue. After sampling the barbecue at their location, Steve concedes that their location is the superior barbecue, but disagrees with Justin over the Jews being behind 9/11.
