Jurgen is a creepy friend of Klaus. He first appeared in "The Census of the Lambs" as Klaus' assistant photographer who was then attacked later on by Anne Geddes.
In "Shark?!", Hayley reluctantly agrees to go on a double date with to the Langley County Fair, despite having caught him stealing used Q-tips out of her trash after her hot friend Danuta admits to liking Klaus. But when he proves pathetic at shooting basketballs, he takes his frustrations out on her and his friends and sends them away. But when he finally pays off the carnie to just give him the prize, he finds out that Danuta has hooked up with Jurgen in a spinning Gravitron ride. After nearly mistaking Hayley's concern for affection, he tosses the Munion aside where it tangles in the gears of the Gravitron ride, sending it spinning off of its base.
When Steve starts to creep Klaus out in "Wild Women Do", Klaus tries to use hunting Slender Man with Jurgen as an excuse to leave.
Jurgen delivers Klaus' lightweight plastic dog house to Steve's room with a crane in "Cheek to Cheek: A Stripper’s Story".
Klaus reports in "Yule. Tide. Repeat." that Jurgen was blackmailed after masturbating, and the video was sent to everyone in his contact list, earning him the nickname 'jerkin Jurgen.'
Klaus mentions a night out with Jurgen at Ruth's Chris steakhouse after helping him with his taxes in "Russian Doll" and Jurgen attends Klaus' dinner party in "Stan & Francine & Stan & Francine & Radika".
Klaus mentions that Jurgen steals Splenda packets from a coffee shop in "Productive Panic".
