Jack is the counterman at a delicatessen that Steve tries to wear a disguise of an old woman to in order to avoid being bullied by Stan in "Bully for Steve". Despite sitting for hours in Roger's makeup chair, the disguise fails to fool Stan who jumps Steve outside of the store.
