Inez is one of Roger's factory workers in his persona of Martin Sugar in "The People vs. Martin Sugar". When Roger goes on trial for numerous fraud counts, Inez is brought in as a witness. After testifying that he made the workers sleep on the floor after their shifts, Roger shows a slide of him giving Inez a large stuffed bear for her birthday. Later, after Roger escape on his way to prison and tries to flee the country he goes to Inez's home, where he cuts open the bear to reveal a hidden stash of cash.
