- Jeff tries to make ice cubes in the shape of Olaf from Frozen.
- Barry has a wide variety of food-related merchandise in his room, including a hamburger lamp, Chef Boy-Ar-Dee and Colonel Sanders figures, and a poster for a the street food festival from "You Are Here".
- Barry is sent to Chimdale Juvenile Detention Center, the same prison that Steve was sent to undercover in "The Hall Monitor and the Lunch Lady".
- Steve and Toshi appear on Shark Tank to successfully pitch baby-sized bow ties, which are seen on all of the babies in the hospital nursery.
- Roger tries to talk Barry out of his revenge by offering a trip to Bubba Gumps restaurant.
- Randy, the registered pedophile from the season 3 episode 6 episode "42-Year-Old Virgin, makes a cameo at the apartment complex where Roger's persona, Wally Wrobel, lives. When warning Snot and Barry about how all his neighbors are pedophiles, Randy can be seen peeking at them from around the corner
