Scout Rangers

Francine decides to throw a block party to get in touch with the neighborhood. Stan learns his new neighbors are Iranian and immediately suspects that they are terrorists. To instill American values into Steve, he forces him to join some scouts who are not quite as wholesome as they appear. After Steve accidentally sets a park gazebo on fire during his initiation, he finds that if he exposes the scouts and tries to quit, they will dispose of him. Meanwhile, when he spies the smoke from the fire, Stan blames the Memaris for terrorism and turns his house into a detention camp to keep them inside.

While trying to escape the scouts, Roger and Steve pass by the power plant where they accidentally knock out the power. This convinces the scouts he has gone too far by even their standards and leave him be. When the other neighbors complain about his imprisonment of the Memaris just as the power goes out, Stan puts all of them in the detention camp as well, believing that there may be an entire terrorist cell. Francine manages to convince the neighborhood that the whole thing is just a block party with a "terrorist detention camp" theme. When a police officer brings Stan his own jacket from the power plant which Roger was wearing as a disguise, he believes he has been hypnotized as an enemy sleeper agent and subjects himself to beating and torture to find out his own agenda as Francine's prison camp theme block party is a success.

Also in this episode, it is revealed that Roger has the ability to excrete gold and other precious metals after eating certain foods. After two men discover the gold left by Roger, and one of the men kills the other. He hides the dead body in the back of his truck and drives away. He is stopped by a police officer, and fears he may have been discovered, but the police officer simply talks to him for a while and drives away. Then the man stops at a gas station to call his wife to let her know that they're now rich. The phone is answered by another man, and he learns that his wife is having an affair. As the man screams in anger, "To Be Continued..." flashes at the bottom of the screen, and the episode then reverts back to its normal plot.
