Herr Frederik is a Bürgermeister (Mayor) to the Frog King in Klaus' German folklore tale that he tells Steve and Snot in "She Swill Survive". He brings to the King the gift of "liebesspiel" (love making). Snot stops Klaus because he fails to understand the terms and Klaus becomes is surprised that he doesn't already know these things. Steve becomes annoyed with Snot's constant questions about Klaus' story.
