Groffee was a coffee house on the campus of Groff Community College.
When Hayley tries to get Roger's persona of Professor Longbottom to finish his novel in "The Professor and the Coach", they go to the coffee shop to write but Roger keeps procrastinating and puts most of his attention into his football Coach Grundy persona. When she finally gets the professor to continue his writing, they find that the coffee shop has been turned into Grundy's Chophouse.
