General Juanito Pequeño is the ruler of Isla island in "Moon Over Isla Island". When meeting with Stan to negotiate oil rights at the Langley Falls Shopping Mall, the general accidentally chokes to death on a corn dog. Roger is talked into posing as the General to complete the negotiations. Roger's demands prove so annoying the county revolts and Stan fakes the real General's death for the citizens. He is replaced by General Hector Aldozar.
He is voiced by Ricardo Montalban.
