Freddie is the new friend that Roger gets for Steve Smith in an attempt to make him forget about his friendship with Principal Lewis in "A Ward Show". Roger promotes that he likes to drink milk and play games while Freddie notes that he has new shorts. Freddie can also scream in a high pitch noise that makes people's eyes pop out when they hear it. After using his eye-popping ability on Roger, Freddie later tells Roger about trusting Steve to grow up and make his own life choices and to stop smothering him, explaining that was what his own parents chose to do when letting him hang out with Roger. Later at the hospital, Roger uses Freddie's eye-popping scream to silence Steve, Stan, and Francine from yelling at him.
