Fannie Mae is Alan Greenspan's dog that Stan kidnaps when Francine starts to earn more money at her real estate job than Stan in "Threat Levels". Stan uses his CIA contacts to kidnap Fannie Mae and force Alan Greenspan to raise interest rates to put the real estate market and Francine out of business. As Alan greets Fannie, the dog leaps into Alan's crotch and latches on with its teeth.
