Ernie is an Uber driver that Francine and Steve ride with in "The Long March".
After complaining in private about his numerous gas station stops and picking at his fish dinner to only eat the bones, they settle on four stars as to not get him in too much trouble, although Francine also wants to leave a poop emoji as a tip. But when they try to get a ride to a Billy Joel concert later, they find he's their driver no matter what company they switch to.
As they face running out of food as Ernie works for every delivery app as well, Klaus hires him though TaskRabbit to assemble a bookshelf from Ikea. Steve and Francine fear for their lives, but when there is a washer left over, Klaus berates Ernie and keeps deducting stars from his rating as Francine and Steve take the opportunity to escape while he is distracted in cutting Klaus' throat.
Ernie is voiced by Troy Baker.
