The End of the Road is a bar for people really down on their luck, which Roger compares to Applebees.
Roger, Bad Larry and Ray try to help Stan to get his first kill at End of the Road in "42-Year-Old Virgin" after discovering that, despite a reputation as a master assassin, he has never killed anyone on his own. The guys each in turn suggest Gladys, James and Mark but Stan ends up up passing on all of their candidates for various reasons.
